An Innovative age appropriate Learning Game to learn, spell, and define important Curriculum Based Words with confidence and in most enjoyable way.
Creative's Language Learning Centre — Animals gives children aged
6 and up a complete, self-contained system for learning 20 high-frequency
animal words. Sixty large, durable cards — picture, word, and definition
formats — work together through a self-checking design so children can
see their own progress and build real vocabulary confidence.
Children choose a picture card — a horse, a deer, a lion — then find its
matching word card and read the definition aloud. Seven built-in game
formats let the same 60 cards be used for matching, sorting, spelling, and
reading games across many sessions without the learning feeling repetitive.
Teachers use this set for vocabulary stations and small-group animal
themed word work. Parents value the self-checking system that encourages
children to work independently and return to the cards again and again.
HOW CHILDREN LEARN
A child picks the lion picture card and scans the word cards matching
image to text and saying the name aloud as they go.
Reading the definition card ('The king of animals...') connects the word
to real-world meaning, not just spelling.
The self-checking layout means children spot mismatches themselves
and try again without waiting for an adult.
Rotating through all 7 game formats across sessions — matching,
sorting, definition reading — reinforces all 20 animal words from
multiple angles.
After repeated card-handling, children write and spell animal names
correctly, linking vocabulary to early writing readiness.
