‘Healthy Eating’ is a board game where children learn and practice all about 5 major food groups and nutrition in an interactive and enjoyable game.
‘Healthy Eating’ is an enjoyable game using which the children can either create a balanced meal or match food items for their respective food groups through the spin of the spinner. As they recognise, sort food pieces on to the healthy food board, they learn all about healthy eating and know that eating correct portion/sizes/amounts allow one to avoid overeating any one item and help to get the right amounts of nutrients from each food groups.
