Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return
Your purchase is eligible for exchange or return only under the following conditions:

Incorrect Product Received: The product delivered does not match the item listed in your order confirmation email.
Defective or Damaged Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please photograph it immediately after opening the package and share the images with our team the same day of delivery.
Important Note: Damage claims are only applicable to the inner product. Box damage alone will not qualify for replacement.

Reverse Pick-up: A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1–2 business days for eligible locations.
