Chess- Classic Games

Our beautifully illustrated Chess Play Board has 64 squares of alternating colours( black and white). Each player gets a set of 16 Play Pieces. One player will have a set of dark or black pieces, and the other a light or white. A simple, easy-to- follow, Book explains the ” Pieces ” , their moves and the winning strategy through simple language and bright diagrams. The players continue taking their turns, using only their own pieces, either moving or capturing others pieces. When a Chess piece is captured, it is removed from the Play board and replaced by the attacking piece. The game goes on the same manner until a player checkmates the opponent ‘s King. Checkmate happens when the king is in a position to be captured( in check) and cannot escape from capture.
