Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.
All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment system.
This helps us ensure faster processing and smooth dispatch of your order.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We dispatch orders within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Estimated delivery time:
• Metro cities: 2–4 days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 days
• Remote locations: up to 8 days
You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Do you ship across India? Is shipping free?
Yes, we ship across India.
• Free shipping is available on eligible orders above the minimum order value displayed on the website.
• For smaller orders, a nominal shipping charge may apply based on your location.
We also support bulk shipments for schools and institutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure prepaid payments through:

• Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS (for schools & bulk orders)
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by informing us through email or contact form.
• If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours, the order cancellation will be accepted and the refund (if applicable) will be processed.
• Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will NOT be accepted, as the order processing and dispatch preparation would have already started.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase?

Yes. We directly supply to:

We also provide curriculum-aligned kits based on NEP 2020 & NCF 2024.
What if a product is damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.
Do you provide guidance on how to use the products?
Yes. Many of our kits include:

• Activity instructions
• Classroom usage suggestions
Schools may also request product guidance from our team.
